Allows you to download multiple things from sites like Hotfile and Megaupload without having to sit there and wait for the timer. It queues up all the files and then when one finishes it puts a timer and just waits for it to allow you to download. It doesn't bypass anything just makes it more convenient instead of sitting there waiting for the timer to run out. Like right now I'm downloading something that is split into 19 files from hotfile and after one finishes it automatically sets a timer for 30minutes and then downloads the next one right after.
